We understand that the process of applying a promo code can sometimes be unclear. To help you ensure that your promo code has been successfully applied, here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Applying the promo code
After entering the promo code in the designated box and clicking "Apply", you should have seen a green bubble above the box indicating that the promo code has been applied successfully. You will then have seen the correct price information for your first years membership displayed above. 

 

2. Confirmation at checkout
Proceeding to the checkout page, you then would see the promo code displayed again, along with a message indicating the total savings. Please note that the "total savings" section refers to the free trial automatically included with your registration, not your initial purchase. The recurring total you see underneath this does not apply to your first purchase. 
 

3. Order Confirmation 
Upon receiving your order confirmation, you'll notice that the promo code is listed, confirming that the discount has been applied. The term "Free" in the confirmation refers to the free trial. If you see the promo code listed in your confirmation, it means the discount has been successfully applied.

How can I confirm that my promo code worked?


This is how it works:

1. Open the app page of the Deliciously Ella website https://www.deliciouslyella.com/membership#app&nbsp;
2. Choose the premium yearly membership and click on ‘Join Now’
3. You’ll be redirected to your shopping bag. If this doesn’t happen please click on ‘Bag’ in the top right corner
4. Add your unique promo code in the box on the right and press ‘Apply’

 



5. Enter your personal details in the ‘Create your account’ section
6. Click on ‘continue’
7. Enter your payment details and billing address
8. Click on ‘Complete order'
9. All done - enjoy your Deliciously Ella membership!

How do I redeem a promo code? 

To upgrade from a standard to a premium membership, you'll need to know where you purchased it initially. 

For memberships purchased on deliciouslyella.com:
Login to your account
Click the upgrade button in the top right hand corner
Upgrade to a 'Premium Yearly' subscription 
Please note that it is not possible to redeem a promo code when upgrading. 

For memberships purchased through the Apple App Store:
Go to the App Store
Select your profile in the top right corner (usually your profile picture)
Tap 'Subscriptions'
Select your Deliciously Ella: Feel Better subscription
Tap See All Plans
Update to a Premium Yearly plan
Please note that it is not possible to redeem a promo code through the App store.

Open the Deliciously Ella app
Tap your profile (top right)
Tap membership
You should then see options to upgrade
