After entering the promo code in the designated box and clicking "Apply", you should have seen a green bubble above the box indicating that the promo code has been applied successfully. You will then have seen the correct price information for your first years membership displayed above. 

2. Confirmation at checkout

Proceeding to the checkout page, you then would see the promo code displayed again, along with a message indicating the total savings. Please note that the "total savings" section refers to the free trial automatically included with your registration, not your initial purchase. The recurring total you see underneath this does not apply to your first purchase. 

3. Order Confirmation 

Upon receiving your order confirmation, you'll notice that the promo code is listed, confirming that the discount has been applied. The term "Free" in the confirmation refers to the free trial. If you see the promo code listed in your confirmation, it means the discount has been successfully applied.
