I've updated my language settings in the app, but it's still not correct.Updated 3 months ago

If the language continues to display incorrectly, then the issue might be connected to your phone's settings. To change the language and region of your device, please follow the steps in Apple's guide.


I would also suggest going to your Settings > scroll down > click on Deliciously Ella > check your selected language. Additionally, you might want to check you language settings on both the app and website. To do this, please follow the instructions below.

If you're using the website:
To change the language on the website, go to My Account in the top right corner > Account Settings > Preferences > choose your preferred language.

If you're using the app:
To change the language on the app, click on your profile (icon in the top right corner) > scroll down to Preferences > tap on Language > choose your preferred language.
