The app isn't working as it should, please help!Updated 7 days ago

Before reaching out, give these steps a go – they might just do the trick:


- Log out of the app.

- Delete the app.

- Restart your device (super important, don't skip this step).

- Reinstall the app from your device’s app store, ensuring it's the latest version

- Ensure your operating system is iOS 15.0 or later / Android 8.0 or later.

- Log back into Deliciously Ella.


If the issue persists, don't worry. Contact us at [email protected], confirming that your app is updated to the latest version, and share a screen recording/screenshot with us. Additionally, let us know your device's make/model and its operating system (e.g., iPhone XR, iOS 16.6).
