Before reaching out, give these steps a go in order– they might just do the trick:
For the App
- - Log out of the app
- - Delete the app
- - Restart your device (this is an important step, please do not skip it)
- - Reinstall the app from your device’s app store, ensuring it’s the latest version
- - Make sure your operating system is iOS 15.0 or later / Android 8.0 or later
- - Log back into Deliciously Ella
