What is your Return Policy?Updated a year ago

At Deliciously Ella, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are happy with their purchases. Therefore, we have the following a returns policy in place should there be an issue:


1. Eligibility for Returns:


Merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.


2. Exclusions:


Returns do not apply to food items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any food-related products. If you have any issue with a food product, please see [here] for further information. 


3. Return Process:


To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the specified return period.


Provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.


Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.


4. Return Shipping:


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).


We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.


5. Refund Process:


Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.


6. Exchanges:


Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. 


7. Damaged or Defective Items:
