How do I unsubscribe or cancel my membership with Deliciously Ella?Updated 3 months ago

We're sorry to see you go. How you cancel depends on how you initially registered. Steps for each option are listed below. 

If you signed up via the website:

1. Log into the app's website at https://www.deliciouslyella.com/ using the same login details you use on your mobile device.
2. Go to "My Account" > "Account Settings" > "Membership."
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Cancel My Membership."
4. Choose a relevant reason for cancellation.
5. Click on "Cancel Membership" to confirm.

If you signed up via the App Store:

You can manage your subscription directly through Apple. Please click here for guidance on how to do that.

Please note that as Apple handles all aspects of payments directly, we are unable to process cancellations or issue refunds from our side. 

If you signed up via the Google Play Store:

You can manage your subscription directly through Google. Please click here for guidance on how to do that.

After cancelling, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, so you can continue to enjoy our content until then. If you change your mind, you can always re-subscribe at any time.
