How do I upgrade my Deliciously Ella membership?Updated 3 months ago

To upgrade from a standard to a premium membership, you'll need to know where you purchased it initially. 

For memberships purchased on deliciouslyella.com:

Login to your account
Click the upgrade button in the top right hand corner
Upgrade to a 'Premium Yearly' subscription 

Please note that it is not possible to redeem a promo code when upgrading. 

For memberships purchased through Apple:

Go to the App Store
Select your profile in the top right corner (usually your profile picture)
Tap 'Subscriptions'
Select your Deliciously Ella: Feel Better subscription
Tap See All Plans
Update to a Premium Yearly plan

Please note that it is not possible to redeem a promo code through the App store.

Open the Deliciously Ella app
Tap your profile (top right)
Tap membership
You should then see options to upgrade

Please note that it is not possible to redeem a promo code through the Google Play store.
