To download and start using the app without being charged again, follow these steps:

1. Visit the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
2. Search for our app in the store.
3. Download and install the app on your device.
4. Open the app and click on Existing Member? Log In at the bottom of the log in screen.
5. Log in using the same email address and password that you used for the website purchase.

If you continue to have trouble, get in touch with our customer care team at [email protected] and we can send over a temporary password to get you up and running.
